Return Policy
All sale items, shoes, and accessory purchases from MG Brava! are final sale.  All other items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of original purchase, provided that they are unworn and in clean, saleable condition. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. All returned items will be inspected and we reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund if the return conditions are not met.

We will credit your Paypal account, excluding freight charges.  Refunds can take 2-3 weeks to show up on your credit card statements.  By purchasing from www.mgbrava.com, you accept these terms.

Exchanges will be accepted in lieu of refunds, however, customer will be responsible for shipping charges on exchanged items.

Return/Exchange instructions
Please use the return address on your package or packing slip.  Be sure to leave your contact information to include your full name, phone number and email address.  Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival.

All exchanges are based off current inventory so please email us at info@mgbrava.com to ensure we can hold your exchange items.

Shipping Information
All items are shipped via USPS to all of the US and International locations.  We ship within 48 hours of order and send out a delivery confirmation within 24 hours of payment received.   By ordering at mgbrava.com you accept these terms.

We offer a low shipping rate of 10% on any domestic orders with free shipping on orders over $50.  A flat fee of $15 is charged for all International locations with free shipping on orders over $100.  Please check to see if we ship to your country!
